Inside Amplify

A unified artist business command center

Releases, promotion, merchandise, shows, fans and money sit on one record per organization. Dashboard metrics are computed from those records and each one says where it came from, the period it covers and how fresh it is. Roles — from independent artist and artist manager to booking agent, tour manager, lighting engineer and finance manager — decide who may read and who may change each area.

Amplify

Music promotion and playlist outreach

PlaylistIQ ranks playlists for a release with a 0–100 score made of named parts, flags playlists that sell placements or promise streams, budgets a campaign without treating unknown fees as free, and drafts a pitch per playlist for approval. Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, SubmitHub and Groover have no third-party API, so you pitch on their sites and record each outcome here.

PlaylistIQ

Artist merchandise and online commerce

MerchAI works out each item's margin after cost, shipping and fees, the price for a target margin, reorder points from recent sales and units to bring to each show. Artwork is checked against the product's stated print specification. Shopify orders arrive through signed webhooks; Printful and Printify are not connected in this release.

MerchAI

Touring and event management

TourPilot keeps shows, deals, the itinerary and expenses together: straight-line distances between stops, conflicts per person, open dates, a readiness checklist per show, what-if profit at the sell-through you assume, and settlements computed from the recorded deal.

TourPilot

Stage, lighting and live production

StageCraft AI validates a DMX patch, stage plot, input list, cue list and running order, and exports a patch sheet, an input list and a show file for manual import into a console's own tools. It is planning and export only: it sends nothing to lighting consoles, DMX, Art-Net or sACN networks, QLab or any other show equipment, and safety-critical changes need review by a qualified technician.

StageCraft AI

Fan growth and marketing

FanPulse holds the artist's own fan list with the consent each person gave, per channel. Segments filter only on stated fields — there are no inferred traits to filter on — and audience geography is shown as counts. Campaigns are planned and approved here and sent from your mailing provider.

FanPulse

Artist finance and operations

ArtistOps imports royalty statements from DistroKid, TuneCore and CD Baby as CSV into a ledger that keeps currencies apart and separates verified, statement-reported and estimated amounts. It checks that ownership shares total 100%, divides amounts so the parts add back to the whole, and reminds you before contract notice windows close. Ownership is recorded by people and never inferred, and none of it is legal, tax or financial advice.

Built to work with Clearception Create

A finished Clearception Create project can be registered as an Amplify release. Amplify records a reference to the project — the audio is never copied — so promotion, merchandise and tour plans all point back at the music where it was made.

MusicSound Modeler

AI agents with cost-optimized model orchestration

Six agents — playlist, merchandise, touring, stage production, audience and revenue — each compute their result first, with deterministic code for every number: money, inventory, settlements, DMX addresses, schedules, consent and scores. Only then may an agent ask for a draft — a pitch, a plan, a briefing — routed through the AI Model Matrix on a low-cost lane under a per-call cost ceiling. If no model may run, the agent still returns its computed result. Every action outside Clearception needs a person's approval.

Security, ownership and human control

Permissions are enforced by the API on every change. Anything with an outside consequence waits for a person holding the named permission, and every change is written to an audit trail whose hash chain can be re-verified. An organization can switch model calls off entirely, fan data never reaches a model in identifiable form, integration credentials are stored encrypted, and who owns a work is always what a person records.
