Quantis

Screen the market, and see the reasoning.

Screen equities against stated criteria, research candidates, and analyse a portfolio with the basis for each conclusion visible.

What is Quantis?

Quantis screens a universe of equities against criteria you state, researches the candidates that survive, and analyses an existing portfolio's exposure. What it does not do is tell you what to buy. Every candidate carries the criteria it met and the data behind them, because a screen whose reasoning is hidden is indistinguishable from a tip. Brokerage connections exist for reading positions and routing authorised orders — the authorisation is always a human action.

Problems it solves

  • Screen a large universe against criteria you state
  • See why an instrument matched, not just that it did
  • Research a candidate without leaving the screen
  • Analyse concentration and exposure in a real portfolio
  • Keep research attached to the position it concerns

Key capabilities

Market Screening
Filter a universe of instruments or lots down to those matching stated criteria.
Evidence Trail
Every figure carries the record it came from, so a reader can check the answer instead of trusting it.
Risk Scoring
Score a change, a lot or a habitat on a published rubric you can read component by component.
Agentic Investigation
Specialist agents pursue a question through several controlled steps rather than answering in one pass.

How it is built

Criteria you state
Screens run on criteria you write down, so a result can be reproduced and disputed.
Match reasoning
Each candidate carries the measures that qualified it.
Portfolio-aware
Research is read against what you actually hold.

How it works

How the work is structured, and what each step's output rests on.

  1. State the criteria

    Source

Write the screen in explicit, reproducible terms.

  2. Screen the universe

    Observed

Apply the criteria across the instrument universe.

  3. Research candidates

    Observed

Gather supporting data for those that survive.

  4. Read against the portfolio

    AI-inferred

    Compare candidates to current exposure.

  5. Human authorisation

    Human-verified

Any order is authorised by a person, never by the system.

Example use cases

Each example has its own page you can read and share.

Ask Quantis

Illustrative examples. Results depend on your own data.

  • “Screen for profitable mid-caps with falling debt and rising margin.”
  • “Why did this company match my screen?”
  • “Where is my portfolio concentrated?”
  • “What has changed for this holding since I bought it?”

Security, governance and human control

Where the software deliberately limits itself.

Governance

  • Order authorisation is always a human action
  • Analysis is labelled as analysis, never as advice

Questions

Does it trade automatically?
No. Orders require human authorisation. The software screens, researches and analyses.
Is this investment advice?
No. It is analysis software. It does not know your circumstances and does not make recommendations about your money.

Teams using Quantis often want these too.
