Earth Intelligence

See what changed, where, and by how much.

Detect change in satellite and aerial observation over time, and monitor environments and infrastructure against a baseline.

What is Earth Intelligence?

Satellite imagery is abundant and mostly unexamined, because the useful question is not what an image shows but what changed since the last one. Earth Intelligence establishes a baseline and reports difference — vegetation, water, built structure, disturbance — with the observations that produced each finding. It is a monitoring instrument: the output is a change, a location, a magnitude and the frames behind it.

Problems it solves

  • Detect change between observations over time
  • Monitor a site or habitat against a baseline
  • Observe infrastructure and land use at scale
  • Attach the imagery behind each finding
  • Prioritise where to send people

Key capabilities

Change Detection
Compare observations over time and flag what changed, where and by how much.
Evidence Trail
Every figure carries the record it came from, so a reader can check the answer instead of trusting it.
Risk Scoring
Score a change, a lot or a habitat on a published rubric you can read component by component.
Confidence Ceilings
Confidence is capped by the strength of the underlying basis, so a weak source cannot produce a strong-sounding claim.

How it is built

Baseline and difference
Findings are stated as change from a baseline, not as absolute description.
Frame-linked findings
Every change opens onto the observations behind it.
Magnitude, not adjectives
Change is quantified where the data supports it.

How it works

How the work is structured, and what each step's output rests on.

  1. Define the area

    Source

State the area and period of interest.

  2. Establish a baseline

    Source

    Fix the reference observation set.

  3. Detect change

    Observed

Compare later observations against the baseline.

  4. Quantify and locate

    Observed

Report magnitude and location with supporting frames.

  5. Score significance

    AI-inferred

Rate findings on a published rubric.

Ask Earth Intelligence

Illustrative examples. Results depend on your own data.

  • “What changed in this area since last quarter?”
  • “Show vegetation loss around this site over the season.”
  • “Which observations support this finding?”
  • “Where should we send a field team first?”

Security, governance and human control

Where the software deliberately limits itself.

Governance

  • Findings link to source observations
  • Inference kept distinct from observation

Questions

What imagery does it use?
Satellite and aerial observation of the area you define. Findings link to the frames that produced them.

Teams using Earth Intelligence often want these too.
